Production process

The intelligent production line adopts ABB6700 series products, and adopts 360 rotation type, from feeding to bending, to enter the roll line turnover work, and at the same time, enters the stiffener, head, gluing and arc welding process. This production process is composed of a single direction private service control motor platform and a double head spot welding machine; it has high stability and efficiency, can achieve the best manufacturing accuracy

Q: What is payment term?
1) Normally it shall be 30% of the total amount by T/T in advance before production, the balance payment of 70% shall be paid by T/T before shipment. Special terms should be in further discussion.
(2)The delivery time is valid from the arrangement of 30% deposit and stamped and signed shaft layout drawing by both parties.

Q: What about the warranty?
We can provide 18months guarantee period, during this time, we will offer free spare parts replacements to you (which parts are broken without manual issues). our service has no time limit.

Q: Who will offer installation?
