System packing method

1.We have a detailed packing list, which will help customers be clear about each container.
2.The elevator is delivered to the customer, the loading method is essential because it allows the installation team to perform the installation efficiently.
When loading goods, the order of loading is one system and one system, and then the packing list is placed on the container. When customers get the container, they can know exactly what is loaded into the container and when packing we have to go through three inspections and careful classification, each box opened can be installed in eighty percent of the main area to be installed, and will not have to open all the boxes to install other manufacturers. Q3. What information is absolutely needed before asking for price?

A3: 1. How many persons?
( 6 persons for 450kg,8 persons for 630kg, 10 persons for 800kg etc..)
2. How many floors/ stops/ doors?
3. What's the shaft size? (width by depth)
4. Is there a machine room on the top of shaft?

Q4. How can we guarantee the good quality of your products?
A4 : In during the production process we will inspect all purchased and produced parts and take a record after put in crates, before shipping out we will do the final inspection and mockup the cabin and sling set, this part take photo and video as record to make customer being at ease.

Q5: Whats the payment term?
A5: 1. Normally it shall be 30% of the total amount by T/T in advance before production, the balance payment of 70% shall be paid by T/T before shipment. Special terms should be in further discussion.
2.The delivery time is valid from the arrangement of 30% deposit and stamped and signed shaft layout drawing by both parties.

Q6. What about the packaging?

A6: All elevator parts will be packed into solid wooden cases. Some parts will be wrapped by the film so that guarantee the machinery part not be destroyed after long time transportation.

Q7. How to do with the elevator installation and maintenance?

A7: We have several professional team working for on-site installation locally in Ethiopia, Kenya, United Arab Emirates, etc, if you need on-site installation, we can send engineers to guide the installation and then train the workers about maintenance in the future. But in most situations, local workers can finish this work with our guidebooks and technology support, or you can ask the local professional elevator engineers to do this job, This can save much money for our customer. Of course, you can get support from our factory at any time.
